My experience with LoanLink was very good. I worked directly with Jan who was patient, supportive and available for all my questions during a period of few months. Buying an apartment, especially in Berlin, can look sometimes like a rollercoaster, so working with someone who understand this is priceless. I also liked the user experience of their website, it made things clear and transparent from the beginning until the end, which helped me decide easier for a mortgage scheme. Highly recommended, even more for non-German speakers.
Absolutely amazing service and super communication. Helped every step of the way and always responded quickly to questions and feedback. Had some issues from the bank side, but Jan kept his finger on the case all the time. Managed to finance a house without having a blue card or permanent residence permit and all in English.
